Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. The item must be unopened and unused with seals fully intact.
Customers may request a product refund in the following cases.
Received a damaged product.
Received a different product from what you ordered (remember not to open or use the product)
To request a refund, you can contact us at studio@floraison.ie.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a product from Floraison without a consultation, in error or that does not suit your skin type, we will not be in a position to offer you a refund. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable (products must be unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched).
