Elevate your cleansing ritual with this tri-phase treatment cleanser, designed to leave skin soothed, comfortable and more resilient with every use.

Temperature-activated, the decadent balm melts instantly under the warmth of your touch, transforming into a silky oil that dissolves long-wear makeup, SPF and daily buildup without friction or tugging. On contact with water, it emulsifies into a light milk that rinses away completely, leaving skin clean, soft and free from pore-clogging residue.

Enriched with our, 3:6 Lipid Restore Complex, a precise blend of Omega-3 (ALA) and Omega-6 (LA + GLA) fatty acids, the Cleansing Concentrate helps soothe visible sensitivity and support barrier resilience by replenishing essential lipids and ceramides. Intentionally formulated without sulphates, fragrance or essential oils, it is suitable for sensitive, compromised or post-treatment skin.

Use as your first cleanse to remove longwear makeup and SPF, or as a complete cleanse when skin needs comfort and support.

How to use

With dry hands, take a small amount of cleanser and massage thoroughly into dry skin to break down makeup, SPF and daily impurities. To remove, add a splash of water and continue to massage the skin to emulsify the cleanser. Proceed to rinse with lukewarm water.

One of the unique aspects of the cleansing concentrate is that it immediately melts upon contact with warm skin. This means it can also melt or change texture when exposed to extreme temperature changes during summer, in transit. Although this does not affect the quality and nutrient content of the product - the texture heightens the sensory experience! To restore the concentrate to its natural state, heat until it's fully melted to a liquid and stir with a sterilised utensil. Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the very next day!

The quickest method of melting the cleanser is via a microwave. Remove the lid and set the timer for 30 seconds. Once melted, proceed with the above steps, ensuring to stir with a sterilised utensil, screw the lid back onto the jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.

An alternative, but slower method is to place the balm in a bowl of hot water (ensure the lid is screwed on tight!) and again, stir with a sterilised utensil and store overnight in the refrigerator.
