Biome Active Face Oil is a replenishing daily treatment featuring 12% THD Ascorbate — a stable and highly effective form of Vitamin C that offers powerful antioxidant protection, promotes collagen synthesis, and helps to brighten and even skin tone. THD Ascorbate is the most expensive form of Vitamin C on the market due to its stability and efficacy. It is studied to be up to 50% more effective in producing collagen and penetrate the skin 3 times better than traditional L-Ascorbic Acid. 

Designed to brighten, protect and revitalise, this formula is enriched with our own bio-fermented Kakadu Plum (Also known as Gubinge has one of the highest recorded concentrations of natural Vitamin C in the world) for an extra boost of antioxidant power. It also contains a luxurious selection of cold-pressed, organic oils rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants, and phyto-retinols to deliver maximum nutrition to the skin.

    INGREDIENTS

    12% Vitamin C (THD Ascorbate): A stable, oil-soluble form of vitamin C that provides antioxidant protection, boosts collagen synthesis, and can help fade hyperpigmentation.

    Bio-Fermented Kakadu Plum: Bio-fermented wild-harvested Kakadu Plum which makes it an exceptional ingredient for brightening the skin, boosting collagen production, and reducing pigmentation. Gallic and ellagic acids offer strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

    Organic Cold-Pressed Cacay Seed Oil: This luxurious, pure oil is abundant in Vitamin A (natural retinol) and Vitamin E to actively reduce inflammation, boost collagen production & help reduce the depth of fine lines.

    Organic Cold-Pressed Buriti Fruit Oil: Buriti is rich in Omega-9 and beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A). When applied topically, it converts into an active form of retinol to promote cell regeneration and help with scarring. For centuries, indigenous peoples of the Amazon forest applied this oil as natural sun protection and to soothe burns.

    Organic Cold-Pressed Blueberry Seed Oil: An antioxidant-rich superfood, high in the essential fatty acids Omegas 3 and 6 and alpha linolenic acid. These work to nourish the skin, fortify its resilience, and contribute to an overall radiant complexion.

    Organic Cold-Pressed Strawberry Seed Oil: High levels of ellagic acid is anti-inflammatory, protects against UV rays and collagen degeneration and brightens skin without impacting cell DNA.

    Organic Cold-Pressed Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil: An emollient containing avenanthramides (polyphenols) exclusive to oats with anti-inflammatory and anti-itch properties. Proteins and beta-glucan will moisturise and soothe irritated skin.

          HOW TO USE

          Suitable for daily use in the morning and evening after cleansing. For optimal results, prepare the skin with Strength & Recovery Bio-Serum™.

          1. Place 2-3 drops of Biome Active Face Oil™ in the palm of your hand.

          2. Warm the oil in your hands then gently smooth and press into the face, neck and chest.

          If applying during the day, allow a moment for absorption before make-up or SPF.

          Long-lasting skin health and a radiant complexion via topical application is best achieved through prevention and consistency. Optimal results will be seen after 3 months.

          If you have highly sensitive skin, 12% THD Ascorbate is considered an active concentration and may require tolerance to be built over time. Start by using a small amount and gradually build into your routine.
