"I wanted to create a space for skin where the noise of skincare trends and 'buzz ingredients’ are left at the door. The world of skin has become an increasingly difficult space to navigate but I work to help my clients get to know their skin well, what it needs and why. Your skin is so much more than the latest fad! Education is key and my aim is for my clients to leave Floraison more confident in their skin and what it needs going forward. Your skin is unique. Let's help it bloom. " - Dawn
Dawn's decade-long career in skincare began after she graduated with a degree in biomedical engineering. Following some years working in clinical research, managing major trials in the UK and Ireland, her passion for skin led her to change her career completely and embark on a journey through the beauty industry.
Dawn’s love of writing about skin led her to become a beauty journalist for some of the biggest publications in the country. This opened more doors in the industry and Dawn worked in beauty PR, business development and account management for one of Irelands biggest makeup brands. Dawn then decided to take her love of skin further and trained at the prestigious Bronwyn Conroy Beauty College in Dublin. She has worked alongside some of the most well-known names in Irish skincare, helping them grow and build their brands. Dawn was also brand manager and educator for some of the major international beauty brands in Ireland while working for United Drug.
Floraison was started in 2019 and Dawn is one of very few facialists in the country entrusted to stock the renowned Biologique Recherche line. She is passionate about both treating and educating her clients about their skin to help them achieve long term results.
